The magnetic levitation controller is highly reliable and stablee,featuring self-calitration and self-identification functions.It can adaptively adjust and control as the operating time of the magnetic levitation equipment increases,without the need for manualintervention,thus avoiding risks such as downtime. 

Vibration caused by mass imbalance is common problem in rotating machinery.Perfect balance makes the assembly center of the rotor completely coincide with its principal axis of    inertia,which is impossible to achieve for magnetic levitation motor rotors with impellers and multiple components.Moreover,the imbalance may change during the operation of the     rotoror,(such as thermal deformation,dust accumulation,etc.).For the residual imbalance of the rotor,negative feedback control+UFRC algorithm is adopted to make the rotor rotate around its inertial principal axis at all speeds,eliminating the reaction force of the bearings and the excitation force brought to the entire machine,effectively ensuringthe long-term safe and reliable operation of the machine.

By sweeping the frequency from 0 to 2000Hz,the natural frequencies of the rotor and the entire machine can be the measured before the motor rotates,simulating the rotating conditions and being used for fault pre-diagnosis.

When the machine is in operation,the anti-disturbance performance of the entire machine can be measured through frequency sweeping to ensure the stability and reliability of each machine.
